This entails gathering a wide range material, and gradually choosing what to put in and what to leave out.<\/p>\n<p>To help us with this, we&#8217;ve launched a competition in partnership with the Barbican, asking the public to tell us about their favourite fictional crimes of passion. These can be from a novel, play, film or TV series &#8211; anything, so long as it isn&#8217;t factually true.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll then look at all the submissions and choose some of them to take into the rehearsal period, where aspects of some will help inspire the finished piece.
